Members on the basic, standard and emergency tariffs are excluded. Therapy Lift issues you regular invoices, which you submit to Barmenia Krankenversicherung for reimbursement as usual. Therapy Lift informs Barmenia Krankenversicherung of the scope of the planned therapy as soon as treatment begins. Customers of Gothaer Krankenversicherung AG cannot use the service.
Yes. After the 24 sessions, an application for coverage of long-term therapy has to be made. Your therapist will prepare this application with you.
No, we handle the communication with your insurer. You only need to submit the invoices for reimbursement.
